I received a notice from a third-party debt collector stating that I should repay my account through them. What does this mean?

OppLoans partners with third-party debt collection services to help individuals find payment options that fit their specific needs. OppLoans does not sell accounts to third parties. If you have further questions, please contact the third party listed on the notice, so they can assist you in repayment options. 

Please keep in mind that all payments moving forward should be made to the third party directly and not to OppLoans. Once the agreed-upon amount has been satisfied, it may take up to 21 days to be updated and closed out in our system.
